After you purchase the class, a representative from KCG Drug Alcohol Solutions will contact you to confirm the date for your Error Correction Training. If you cancel, you must let us know 2 weeks prior to testing. Purchases can be used toward another training or returned if we receive adequate notice.

About the Class
DOT regulations require staff members who have made a mistake during the screening or testing process to undergo Error Correction Training within 30 days of the incident. This training covers the required information to maintain your DOT compliance.
